Rapport Een Delphi-studie naar het LISO-framework
Dit rapport biedt een diepgaande analyse van het LISO-framework voor organisatie-overstijgende leernetwerken in het sociaal domein. We hebben drie scoping reviews uitgevoerd en een Delphi-studie ingezet om aanvullende, werkzame elementen te vinden voor het framework. In dit rapport presenteren we onze bevindingen en benadrukken we de verdere ontwikkeling van het LISO-framework als leidraad voor effectieve leernetwerken.
Scoping review samenwerking publieke en private partijen
Deze factsheet behandelt leernetwerken waarin zowel publieke als private partijen vertegenwoordigd zijn, zoals gemeenten, kennisinstellingen en bedrijven. Vooral in het sociale domein zijn dergelijke netwerken gebruikelijk, zoals bij samenwerkingen tussen gemeentelijke afdelingen Werk & Inkomen, het UWV, re-integratiebedrijven en werkgevers. We hebben een scoping review uitgevoerd om wetenschappelijke kennis over de samenwerking tussen publieke en private partijen in leernetwerken (PPS) in het sociale domein te verkennen.
Scoping review domein werk & inkomen
Ondanks dat het framework 'Leernetwerken in het sociaal domein' is gebaseerd op theorieën/modellen ontbreekt nog een goede onderbouwing op basis van praktijkgericht onderzoek. Vandaar dat we dit aan de hand van een scoping review in het domein van werk en inkomen hebben gedaan, in deze factsheet zijn de resultaten beschreven.
Doorbouwen op onderzoek vanuit de praktijk
Eerder deden we dat ook bij het domein zorg voor jeugd, de resultaten daarvan zijn in deze factsheet beschreven. Daarbij stond de volgende vraag centraal: “In hoeverre kunnen we de elementen van het framework ‘Leernetwerken in het sociaal domein (LISO)’ onderbouwen aan de hand van praktijkgericht onderzoek?”
